Even though your orders are custom, is there an "average" cost per cookie?
Because each order is indeed custom, and based on specifications, size, and detail, I would say the average cost is $3.50-$4.50/cookie.
What types of payment do you accept?
You can pay for your order by cash, check, or PayPal.
Are there any special terms regarding order payments and production?
I ask that all payments be made within 5 days of receiving your invoice to hold your order. Submitting an order request is not a guarantee that your order has been placed... and only a paid order can be added to the production schedule, which is booked on a first-paid basis.
How much lead time do you require for an order?
For booking purposes, I typically need 3 weeks lead time. Depending on the number of orders in a given week, the possibility exits that I can accomodate an order in less than 3 weeks. Please contact me with all of your order specifications so that I may confirm.
Are there any options with regard to the individual wrapping?
Yes... you can choose either individually bagged with ribbon ties, or each cookie can be shrink wrapped. *SPECIAL NOTE: Cookies being shipped will be shrink wrapped to ensure freshness. If you would also like your cookies bagged with with ribbons, please note in your order specifications.
Do you have a mininum quantity for an order?
A minimum "standard" order would be at least 1 dozen. However, I am happy to accommodate orders less than 1 dozen... please contact me with specifics, because this may potentially impact the unit cost.
If I need my order shipped, are there any special considerations to be aware of?
For shipped orders, please factor in 3 extra days prior to your actual required date when sending your order details. For example, if your event is scheduled for Saturday, please note your ship date as Wednesday. *SPECIAL NOTE: For event dates that fall on Sunday or Monday, please factor in a 4-day buffer.
